Our Story

Dr. Lisa Hayden had long desired to bring an integrative team approach to the community based on her research and professional experiences but it took a life changing interaction with a special family to give her the courage to start Heartfelt Care Services.  After working for a short time with a terminally ill man and watching the literal nightmare that he and his family endured, Dr. Hayden knew that it was time to actively help families navigating complex care situations.  She has gathered a wonderful group of like minded professionals to help others so that they may enjoy a quality of life that is based on their being the heart of a team of people there to support them, with information shared understandably and with the intent of providing options and choices.

We  help families bridge gaps that they are encountering as they move through difficult situations.  We assist by providing  family meetings and family counseling, as well as individual therapy.  We can do assessments to help discover if problems are temporary or something more serious.  We help people to thrive within their own home and can also help with estate liquidation and setting up their new home if needed.  We can be there short term or long term, every situation is unique and custom tailored to fit your needs and the needs of your loved one.
