Mr. Gary Vertrees is the Manager of Heartfelt Care Services and likely the voice on the phone you will speak to when you call. He helps us know where to go and when, and keeps us on the right path. Because we are a team, he has been known to run out at the drop of a dime if someone needs something or help move boxes, buy sheets or hang pictures. In addition to business experience, he has a lived experience of understanding the changes a family member experiences with cognitive decline.
